This page addresses a few of the common problems that you may run into.
1) I can't open(view) the e-book - Be sure that you have the Adobe Acrobat reader. MemoryGrabber is in a .PDF file format. Most computers come with Acrobat reader but in case you do not have it, you can download it FREE at this address: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
2) Some of the pages are black(or black patches) in appearance or I get error messages concerning fonts not found etc... - For this, be sure that you have the newer Acrobat 4.0/4.05 version downloaded. Older versions will tend to not appear correctly. Also, be sure that your color settings are NOT 256 colors or less.
